Requirements
- 5+ years as a program manager, account manager, or contracts manager on federal contracts
- Established, good-standing relationships with one or more federal agencies
- Experience with 8(a) or small business contracting
- Comfortable using AI tools to work efficiently
Responsibilities
- Own relationships with agency program offices, contracting officers, and prime contractors
- Identify upcoming requirements, recompetes, and expansion opportunities early
- Serve as main point of contact on awarded contracts
- Partner with proposal and recruiting teams to win and staff new work
