Akicita Federal is hiring a Contracts Manager to find federal opportunities, assemble high-volume proposal responses, manage post-award contract compliance, and build teaming partnerships.

Requirements

• 3+ years in federal contracting (contracts management, proposal writing, capture, or program management)
• Solid understanding of FAR, set-aside programs, and federal procurement process
• Comfortable using AI tools to assemble and submit proposals quickly
• Existing network of agency or contractor relationships is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Find and respond to federal opportunities with a focus on small business and 8(a) set-asides
• Write, assemble, and submit proposals at high volume
• Manage post-award contracts, modifications, compliance, and reporting
• Spend time on teaming and partnership outreach to small businesses
• Work with recruiting team to staff new awards
