Hilton Garden Hotel seeks a highly experienced, talented and innovative Executive Chef/ Chief Chef to lead its kitchen operations, deliver exceptional cuisine and improve customer satisfaction and profitability.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–8 years of professional culinary experience, including senior kitchen leadership
• Exceptional practical cooking skills in Nigerian and continental cuisine
• Proven experience in kitchen management, food costing and menu development
• Strong leadership, creativity, discipline and integrity
• Culinary qualifications are an advantage, but practical competence is essential
• Minimum Qualification: OND

Responsibilities

• Prepare outstanding Nigerian, continental and international dishes, particularly Igbo and South-South delicacies
• Develop attractive menus, signature dishes and excellent food presentation standards
• Supervise, train and manage kitchen staff, ensuring discipline and efficiency
• Maintain consistent food quality, taste, portion sizes and timely service
• Control food costs, stock, purchasing, wastage and kitchen profitability
• Enforce excellent kitchen hygiene, food safety and cleanliness
• Manage restaurant, room service, poolside dining and event catering
• Improve customer satisfaction and increase food sales
