About

The EMEA Public Sector Deployment Strategist will own the post-sale experience for a portfolio of public sector customers, including onboarding, adoption, and relationship management, while leveraging AI workflows to drive outcomes.

Requirements

5+ years in customer success, deployment, or post-sale roles
Domain credibility in law enforcement, public sector, cyber, national security, financial crime, or blockchain intelligence
Comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing product environments
Production AI fluency with experience building repeatable AI workflows
High level of independence
Strong executive presence
Based in the UK or Europe

Responsibilities

Onboard and activate EMEA Public Sector accounts across all TRM products
Use AI to build production CS workflows for account health summaries and QBR drafts
Define and track adoption benchmarks and surface at-risk accounts
Develop new use cases with investigators and analysts
Run executive business reviews and QBRs with senior stakeholders
Partner with Account Directors to enable renewals and expansion
Synthesize adoption blockers and feature gaps for the Product team
