Polaroid is seeking a Country Manager in Canada to lead commercial operations, manage national wholesale accounts, and drive market share growth across brick-and-mortar and digital retail channels.

Requirements

• Sales and account management experience in consumer goods, consumer electronics, or premium hardware retail
• Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar national retail portfolios
• Deep familiarity with the Canadian retail landscape and senior-level relationships with major chains
• Strong command of retail math, inventory pipelines, pricing elasticity, and promotional mechanics
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the commercial lead for Polaroid in Canada and own the Canadian wholesale plan
• Act as strategic lead for national wholesale accounts and build senior buyer relationships
• Lead and coordinate the Canadian commercial plan and coach supporting team members
• Manage forecasting, demand planning, and SKU transitions
• Partner with retail marketing to execute high-impact sell-through programs
• Represent Polaroid at trade shows, training events, and major account meetings
