The Global Talent Co. is looking for a German-speaking Working Student Recruiter in Berlin to contact new applicants, conduct phone screenings, and help schedule candidates for subsequent recruitment stages.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student at a German university
• Native or near-native German speaker
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Based in Berlin with right to work in Germany
• Available for evening and weekend shifts
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or phone work

Responsibilities

• Contact new applicants within 24 hours of applying
• Introduce the company and role clearly over the phone
• Ask screening questions and book suitable candidates into the next stage
• Handle outbound calls and follow-ups
• Cover evening and weekend shifts around university schedule
• Log conversations accurately in Personio
• Share feedback with the Head of People to improve call scripts
