Working student role focusing on AI and automation projects (75%) and hands-on support (25%) for a logistics SaaS company.
Requirements
- Enrolled student based in Berlin
- Available for around 20 hours per week
- Hands-on experience building workflows in n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar
- Working understanding of LLMs
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Maintain and expand internal knowledge base for AI agent Fin
- Review Fin conversations to spot failure patterns and fix root causes
- Own Fin's escalation, routing, and automation logic
- Answer support requests
