Requirements

• Active, unrestricted RN license with NLC multi-state privileges
• Minimum 3 years of active RN clinical experience
• Experience in women's health, fertility, or menopause care
• Strong written and phone communication skills
• Proficiency with EHR and telehealth systems

Responsibilities

• Triage inbound member messages
• Deliver member education on health topics
• Review and triage lab results
• Manage pharmacy callbacks and prior authorizations
• Document interactions and follow escalation pathways
