Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in social media or content environment, ideally for major brands or agencies
• Strong concept development skills for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
• Deep understanding of trends, sounds, creator culture, and internet humor
• Willingness to travel for video shoots
• Based in Hamburg to spend time at the Hamburg Eimsbüttel office

Responsibilities

• Develop creative content concepts from initial idea to final briefing
• Translate brand goals into scroll-stopping content
• Manage implementation with external service providers and creators
• Analyze content performance and refine concepts based on data
