Technical authority behind complex enterprise deals in Europe, designing architecture and proving it with working showcases.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
- Strong developer background (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, HTML/CSS)
- Deep understanding of integration architecture (REST APIs, webhooks, SSO, SAML)
- Fluent German and English (C1 or higher)
Responsibilities
- Support Solutions Engineers and Account Executives with solutioning and technical credibility
- Analyze and validate integration and customization requirements
- Design the technical side of operational and frontline use cases
- Translate customer requirements into a clear solution architecture
- Build proofs of concept and demo mock-ups
- Act as the link between the field and our Staffbase Build team
