Requirements

Responsibilities

• Own the technical thesis for how GitLab validates software when an agent is the author
• Prototype feedback mechanisms that catch the gap between passing tests and working software
• Develop approaches for Rust, Ruby, and Go
• Design mid-loop feedback for agents to self-correct
• Collaborate with engineering teams to drive adoption and measure validation quality
