Remote Tech Lead

Ringbook Limited is hiring a Remote Tech Lead to design application architecture, build scalable features, integrate AI capabilities, and manage full-stack development.

Requirements

• Excellent AI and coding skills
• Proficiency with React and TypeScript on the frontend
• Experience with tRPC, Drizzle ORM, and PostgreSQL (Planetscale) on the backend
• Experience with AWS EC2 infrastructure
• Comfortable working in a small, 3-person early-stage startup team environment

Responsibilities

• Design the architecture of the application and make key technical decisions
• Build and maintain scalable features across the Ringbook web application
• Integrate AI capabilities throughout the platform to create innovative features
• Develop clean, responsive, and intuitive frontend interfaces
• Design and optimize backend APIs, database schemas, and data pipelines
• Collaborate closely with the CEO on product and technical strategies
• Ensure security and compliance standards are met for financial software
