Requirements
- At least 2 years of management experience
- Phlebotomy certification (AMT, ASCP, or NCCT)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of mobile phlebotomists
- Assess work performance and perform appointment reviews
- Interview and hire new phlebotomists
- Manage schedules, budgets, and timecards
- Handle customer service escalations
