CAI is seeking an experienced Recruiter for a one-year contract to support Life Sciences and Data Center hiring across the APAC region, with a focus on Australia.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical or engineering hiring
• Proven experience recruiting in Life Sciences/Biotech Manufacturing or Data Center/Mission Critical Infrastructure
• Experience supporting hiring across Australia and APAC regions
• Strong sourcing skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with Lever ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across APAC with an emphasis on Australia
• Partner with hiring managers in Life Sciences and Data Center teams
• Source niche talent for biotech manufacturing and data center commissioning roles
• Build and maintain pipelines of passive candidates
• Develop regional market intelligence
• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS and generate reports
