Email Marketing Agentur is seeking a remote Freelance E-Mail Marketing / CRM Manager to manage DTC e-commerce clients, plan campaigns, and coordinate with creative and technical teams using Klaviyo.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in email marketing for e-commerce/DTC brands
- Proficiency with Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, segmentation) and SMS marketing
- Fluent in German and English
- Availability from 9:00 to 17:00 CET with fast response times on Slack
Responsibilities
- Act as primary point of contact for clients, delivering strategies and campaign calendars
- Brief and coordinate copywriters, designers, and Klaviyo technicians
- Review content quality, design accuracy, and technical implementation before email dispatch
- Analyze campaign performance and present monthly client reports
