Requirements
- 8+ years of senior-level consulting experience in financial services with a strong data strategy focus
- Proven expertise across the full data lifecycle (DAMA DMBOK, DCAM, or CDMC)
- Deep understanding of enterprise data transformation and modern data management solutions
- Experience in business development, pipeline growth, and client relationship management
- Fluency in German and English
Responsibilities
- Design and operationalise enterprise data strategies for banking, insurance, and investment sectors
- Lead high-impact consulting engagements in data governance, literacy, quality, and analytics
- Shape new market propositions in data consulting, including AI adoption and cloud data platforms
- Build trusted senior stakeholder relationships and drive commercial growth
