We are looking for a friendly, patient, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for customers, respond to enquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• A minimum of an SSCE
• Good spoken and written English
• Basic mathematical skills
• Computer literate
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism
• Candidates must reside within Agric, Ogolonto, or Ikorodu Garage, Lagos State
• Must be willing to commit to working with the organisation for a minimum of one year

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries through calls, messages, and other communication channels
• Provide accurate information about the organisation's products and services
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are properly addressed
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
• Support other customer service activities as required
